美當家主播公開吹牛　遭停職半年

美國《NBC》電視台夜間新聞當家主播威廉斯(Brian Williams)，被踢爆在新聞節目上吹牛後，今遭暫停總編輯和主播職務6個月。

據英國《衛報》報導，威廉斯過去12年來一直表示，在2003年採訪伊拉克戰爭時，所乘坐的直升機遭火箭擊中、被迫急降的驚險經歷。但先前重提舊事時，被軍人踢爆他吹牛，迫使他前天在節目中公開道歉，之後停工。

《NBC》環球行政總裁伯克(Steve Burke)指威廉斯的行為，損害數以百萬計美國人對《NBC》新聞的信任，指威廉斯不可原諒，停職是嚴厲而恰當的處分。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
