復興空難發生迄今第6天，已知40人罹難、15人受傷、3人下落不明，轄區士林地檢署負責相驗罹難者遺體與偵辦空難究責，目前已完成40具罹難者遺體相驗，並開立40張死亡證明書，也已將遺體發交家屬，今並在地檢署法警室門口設立告示牌「復興航空空難，士林地檢署聯絡處」，提供罹難者家屬保險理賠需要的死亡證明書副本文件。

士檢發言人蘇佩鈺今表示，雖已開立死亡證明書給罹難者家屬，但家屬申請保險理賠若需要副本證明，也就是在影本上蓋大印，即可視為正本使用，皆可向地檢署聯絡處求助，聯絡處24小時都有專人待命。（吳珮如／台北報導）
