日飲4杯咖啡　女降內膜癌風險

英國倫敦帝國學院的新研究發現，女性多喝咖啡，可能可減低子宮內膜癌風險達19％。

研究團隊分析共涉及45.6萬名女性的2份研究報告，並評估其中逾2800名患子宮內膜癌女性的飲食習慣，結果發現其中一份報告指每天喝3杯、約共750c.c.咖啡的女性，罹此癌風險降低19％；另一報告則是日飲4杯、約共1000c.c.咖啡，風險降18％。研究指，咖啡可降低體內雌激素，改變荷爾蒙平衡。（張翠蘭／綜合外電報導）
