曾指柯P沒能力接待外賓　葉匡時：不幸言中

台北市長柯文哲昨稱英國交通部長克拉瑪(Baroness Kramer)致贈的懷錶可拿去破銅爛鐵賣錢，遭外界批評失言。交通部前部長葉匡時今早也在臉書貼出《蘋果》即時新聞，並留言說：「在台北市長競選期間，我曾公開質疑以柯P的國際觀、價值觀是否有能力接待外賓，不幸言中。」

葉匡時表示，柯才上任1個月，還有3年11個月的任期，柯自認為是全台灣最聰明的人，「我們還是要多些正面期待、建設性的批評」。他說，希望柯能夠積極踏實地學習市政，「不要只會用否定別人的方法來肯定自己」。（黃揚明／台北報導）
