韓團體向北韓投放氣球部分飄回南韓

在南韓的逃離北韓者團體，向北韓投放的氣球傳單，經證實，一部分沒有進入北韓境內，反而又空飄回南韓境內。

自由朝鮮運動聯盟團體近日在靠近分隔兩韓的38度線－－京畿道坡州市用大型氣球，向北韓空飄了用5個大氣球、裝滿10萬張的傳單，可能因為風速太弱，風向轉向或刮起西北風的原因，其中有一部分氣球，又空飄回南韓境內。（王長偉首爾報導）
