立院三讀　製造、販賣K他命最重判7年

立法院晚間三讀通過《毒品危害防制條例》修正案，提高製造、販賣第三級與第四級毒品的刑責，販售、製造第三級毒品如K他命，刑責從5年以下有期徒刑，提高7七年以下有期徒刑；製造、販賣第四級毒品（較常見的是俗稱火狐狸的色胺類5-MeO-DIPT），刑責從3到10年有期徒刑提高為5到12年有期徒刑。原本有多名朝野立委都提案，K他命應改列第二級毒品，但這次修法最後仍決定，維持現行條文。

此外，原法規定，對未成年人強迫施打毒品、販賣等，加重其刑二分之一，修法後新增規定，對明知懷孕婦女兒強迫施打毒品、販賣等，亦同。（何哲欣／台北報導）
