【台灣高等教育產業工會新聞稿】
面對少子女化，教育部長吳思華一上任便拋出未來要有六十間大學退場的政策目標。但對於私校退場後的財產歸屬與土地利益問題，究竟該如何處置，卻毫無對策。
高教工會將於今日召開記者會指出：若以六十間教師人數最少的私立大專院校來看，根據其會計師查核財報粗估，就共有高達兩千億的總校產！（參照附件一）然而，這些原本該回歸教育所用的公共資源，在現今法令與教育部的容許下，私校解散清算後竟可完全依照董事會的意志，透過修訂所捐助章程來恣意處分。愛給誰，就給誰！？......(閱讀全文)
