保險立即糾正措施　金管會緊盯2家保險公司

金管會今日晚間宣布，金融五大法案全部過關，其中最重要的《保險法》中納入保險業立即糾正措施，金管會已緊盯兩家保險公司的現增計畫。

所謂「立即糾正措施」，是指保險業淨值為負或是RBC低於50%時，若無法改善財業務，金管會可在90天內接管。

目前朝陽人壽淨值為負、宏泰人壽則是淨值為正，但仍低於200%法定標準，金管會已緊盯這兩家壽險公司的現增計畫。

該立即糾正措施，將在明年元旦上路，換言之，這兩家公司須在今年底前，改善財業務。

保險局長曾玉瓊說，立即糾正措施，是指RBC低於50%時，會給業者一定期間的改善計畫，期間內沒完成，就是90天內接管。(廖珮君/台北報導)
