除了彎彎　「黃大爺」與她也鬧上法院

曾與著名女插畫家「彎彎」鬧出緋聞的知名部落客「黃大爺」，自己與另外一名女子的感情，竟意外導致部落客好友「公親變事主」被告上法院。

今天出版的《自由時報》報導，黃大爺4年前與綽號「我想我是來自海的」方姓女部落客鬧感情糾紛，黃大爺向另一名部落客徐女訴苦，徐女在網路發文「黃大爺以為天上掉下禮物」、「掉下的是鳥屎」等語為黃出氣，遭方女告她妨害名譽。徐女開庭時辯稱未直接罵方女，但因文中附上方女的部落客網址，法官認為可辨認，判她賠1萬2000元，可上訴。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
