天后江蕙2日宣布令人心碎的消息，哽咽道出536字，表示2015「祝福」巡演落幕時，正式退出歌壇，據傳眩暈症纏身是二姐告別歌壇的原因之一，嚴重時會躺在床上無法動彈，因此她床邊得加裝緊急按鈕保命。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，二姐長年飽受眩暈症所苦，看了許多醫生都無法根治，因此當壓力大、天氣冷都眩暈症都可能發作，一旦發作時，光是低頭就會暈，得直視一個點或躺下來才能改善，嚴重時會一直吐，躺在床上無法動，曾爬出房間求救，讓她幾度擔心躺在床上再也起不來，因此床邊安裝緊急按鈕保命。

二姐當壓力大、天氣冷都眩暈症都可能發作，過去是靠自我催眠放鬆，減緩症狀。
