要想「抓猴」的人要注意了，只拍到另一半進出摩鐵可能無法定罪。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，北市一名男子因懷疑妻子不忠，找了徵信社拍到妻子與男子親密摟抱及進出摩鐵的照片，怒告2人通姦。不過小王辯稱自己友腸躁症，去摩鐵是為了「上廁所」。

儘管抓姦男子提出，妻子曾跟他坦承與男子是「純肉體朋友」、「砲友」的對話錄音，但台北地檢署仍認為無法證實2人到摩鐵有發生性行為，最後不予以起訴。(葉國吏/綜合報導)
