無業男偷手套防寒遭逮　移送前警自掏腰包送

基市53歲鄭姓男子，打零工謀生，因已有一段時間沒有工作了，手頭很緊，前天晚上，天寒地凍，鄭男騎車冷到受不了，將機車停在安一路1家商店外，進入店內逛一圈後，直接走出店外，正要騎車離去時，店家察覺男子偷東西，追了上去，從機車置物箱內取出被偷竊，市價99元的防風手套，第四分局中山派出所警員余富郎、莊英麒前往處理，了解鄭員境遇後，雖深表同情，但因竊盜係公訴罪，只能依法將鄭嫌帶回所內偵辦後移送，警員余富郎在案件完成後，特地自掏腰包送給鄭嫌1雙手套防寒，鄭嫌深為感動，頻頻的向警方道謝，並表示再也不會再犯了。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
