新竹34歲彭姓男子2013年9月戴著八家將面具，手持玩具槍，以燒破紗門的方式闖入一間民宅，逼迫屋中女子倒茶給他喝，還撫摸她胸部及下體，隨後逃逸，被警方根據茶杯、面具上的DNA逮捕到案，19日被新竹地院依強制猥褻等罪判刑。

判決書指出，彭男從事當鋪業，2013年9月2日騎著偷來的摩托車，隨機闖入竹北市一處民宅，見屋內只有女屋主一人，遂以玩具槍抵住她的頭，伸出鹹豬手，被警方依DNA追到後，被依竊盜罪判刑4月、強制猥褻罪判刑3年6月。
