新北市「心魔殺手」陳姓男子8年內奪走3條人命，竟躲過死刑。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，陳姓男子11年前殺害2名劉姓女童，落網後被鑑定犯案時受精神病影響，獲輕判12年定讞，後又因符合減刑條例再減為6年，2009年7月出獄。隔年10月又亂棒打死1名上門求職的林姓少婦，陳男狡辯被「心魔」控制而行兇，一、二審均依殺人罪判死，但高等法院更一審卻認定他還有教化可能，昨逆轉改判無期徒刑。（胡治言／綜合報導）
