猥褻屋主水杯DNA成鐵證

從事當鋪業、34歲彭姓男子戴著八家將面具潛入民宅，持玩具槍脅迫女屋主倒茶給他喝，還對女屋主上下其手猥褻，水杯上的DNA成為鐵證，新竹地院依強制猥褻等罪，判他3年6個月徒刑。

判決書指出。去年9月2日中午，彭男騎機車到竹縣竹北市某處民宅，先以打火機燒破砂門，把手伸入並打開未上鎖的鋁門，潛入民宅。他戴著八家將面具遮掩面容，一手摀住被害人嘴巴，阻止被害人呼救，一手持塑膠玩具槍頂住被害人頭部，要求被害人倒水給他喝，調戲猥褻女屋主。
