根據房仲調查，相較於選前有3成多民眾看跌短期與長期房價，選後則突破4成，顯示有更多民眾期待房價下修，同時，有3成7民眾認為未來半年是購屋的好時機，願意進場的理由是「議價空間拉大」，加上屋主降價意願增加，業者認為，明(2015)年上半年成交量將有機會回升，預估房市價跌5-15%。
