維力使用問題油皮彰化縣衛生局封存

彰化縣衛生局持續追查毒豆乾下游，裕香公司使用久元企業含芊鑫乳化劑的油皮製成25項可能問題產品流向，今天發現維力炸醬麵、大乾麵的調味包，是用問題油皮調味而成，彰化縣食品衛生科科長林毓芬表示，染毒油皮的調味包已放入泡麵內在市面販售，目前回收1334包，另外，在維力工廠內的炸醬麵半成品油包也回收3042公斤。

林毓芬說，縣內仲聯食品有限公司、及黑竹園雞腳凍專賣店2家公司都向裕香公司進貨散裝豆乾販售，已請廠商回收下架。

裕香公司下游維力公司生產的炸醬麵油包中標，油包內疑使用含有芊鑫乳化劑製成的問題油皮，製成「大乾麵－老北京炸醬風味」（碗／桶／包），彰化縣衛生局今已全數封存。
