蘋果日報-大戶條款延後台股殺122點
立院決議證所稅大戶條款延後3年實施，未能激勵昨天台股表現，且因國際股市諸多利空與外資摜壓拖累，昨重挫122點，外資更大砍206.8億元，創下2月5日以來最大賣超紀錄，已連9賣。

經濟日報-大戶條款凍三年外資大賣206億
立法院財委會昨（17）日初審通過所得稅法修正案，決議將證所稅大戶條款延後三年、至2018年1月1日再實施，課稅門檻維持10億元，財政部長張盛和與金管會主委曾銘宗都表贊同。

工商時報-證所稅大戶條款３年後再說
立法院財政委員會昨（17）日通過證所稅「大戶條款」暫緩3年，民國107年再上路，10億元門檻維持不動，草案將趕在年底前完成三讀；此舉表示，大戶條款存廢，將交由2016年選出的新政府、立委決定。
