餐廳名稱：明富牛肉麵消費時間：2014年/12月地址：嘉義縣民雄鄉埤角路436號營業時間：11:00~21:00, 週一公休圖文版：http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/82975708 曾見過mofox板友的明富牛肉麵食記，裡頭對牛肉的形容讓人口水直流，只是礙於離民雄有些距離，拖了好段時間才來拜訪。　　為確定店家位址先google了埤角路，竟無所獲。輾轉用其它方式查詢，才發現166縣道往竹崎方向便能經過埤角路。想尋址至此，由省道台一線往民雄方向，在過了民雄工業區後，於166縣道處右轉，不久後的岔路擇右便為埤角路，明富牛肉麵便在鄰近處。　　聽說水餃和餛飩都是推薦品，對咖哩牛肉飯亦是好奇，無奈胃容量有限，只好折衷要了水餃和牛肉湯。水餃　5元/顆　紅燒牛肉湯（小）　70元　　水餃外皮帶嚼勁，為喜好款。內餡若未至飽滿程度，但蔬菜末與肉末爽口，加上外淋的甘醇油膏，滋味挺好。若想來點火花，添些辣油於其上是不錯選擇。　　紅燒牛肉湯貌不驚人，一嚐下發現完全命中偏好。紅燒湯頭溫順夠味不死鹹，彷彿還帶沙茶香氣（這點很妙）。牛肉用腱子肉，部份帶點筋，燉得軟而不爛，是在嘉義難得嚐到的口感。大部份店家都保留較多的咬勁，對我來說則顯得硬梆梆，當然這部份因人而異。　　明富牛肉麵初嚐，水餃不錯，牛肉湯則讓人印象深刻，有機會該再試試餛飩和牛肉咖哩飯。　　推薦給對牛肉喜好如我者。延伸閱讀：嘉義民雄．傳統椪皮麵 http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/71657329 嘉義民雄．豪緯麵食館 http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/76188692 -- 上弦月天邊眺望黃嘴角鴞林間低唱嫣紅野櫻沿路綻放潺潺流水山谷空響怡然桶後林道旁沈醉其芳 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 112.104.146.249 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1418800204.A.3C4.html
