【動新聞╱台北報導】男子沈文賓（33歲）前年尋妻撲空，竟與弟弟沈文夏聯手，溺殺女子潘孟瑤（27歲）與男子呂俊偉（30歲）並棄屍，高院更一審昨天上午首度開庭，原遭判死的沈文賓為逃死刑，連說十次「報告審判長，我知道錯了」並鞠躬，律師另請求調閱沈文賓案發時所開車子的衛星定位紀錄，以及路口監視畫面，想證明沈文賓確實急於尋妻而非預謀殺人，且盡力將被害人送醫急救。受命法官諭令下月27號開辯論庭。
