「二甲基黃」的豆製品乳化劑流向追追追！新北市衛生局今(16)天表示，接獲食藥署通報，「芊鑫實業社」被驗出含有「二甲基黃」的豆製品乳化劑，流向轄內「方大」、「正欣食品行」、「萬信公司」及「國哲行」共4家業者，隨即派員稽查。

「國哲行」最近所進的20箱（每箱20公斤）全數出貨完畢，已責令進行回收；「萬信公司」剩1箱 (20公斤)已緊急封存，餘提供至新店「府城化工」，衛生局正追查流向中。另2家業者為淨安追查對象，目前皆處於歇業狀態。

新北市衛生局說，15日接獲通報即派員前往查稽，位於淡水區的「方大」及「正欣食品行」以生產豆製品為主，是新北市淨安專案鎖定的對象，今年迄今已分別前往稽查達9次、6次，目前兩家皆處於歇業停產狀態。
