法務部矯正署今晚與扁家敲定鑑定陳水扁醫療團的15名醫師名單，將由召集人許惠恆召集醫師們開會，決定鑑定阿扁病情時間。矯正署稍晚將發布新聞稿，詳細介紹醫師陣容。

扁家提出的醫師名單：賴其昌（和信治癌中心神經內科）、許重義（中國醫學大學附設醫院執行）、陳順勝（高雄長庚榮譽副院長）、周元華（北榮身心科）、陳記得（台北榮總耳鼻喉科）、林信男（台大精神科）、陳宏一（泌尿科，前三軍總醫院院長）。

台中醫獄提出的醫師名單：許惠恒（台中榮總副院長、糖尿病）、張鳴宏（陽明醫大、神經科教授）、歐宴泉（泌尿科）、劉時安（喉科）、陳啟昌（放射科）、林育臣（精神科）、許正園（呼吸治療）、黃偉彰（胸腔科）。
