名嘴周玉蔻因爆料連勝文在美國哥倫比亞大學就讀時，曾參加過兔女郎派對，連勝文出面否認時說：「人事時地物全都是假的，請媒體檢驗名嘴說法是否有公信力」，周玉蔻不滿專業被質疑，因此對連勝文提出妨害名譽告訴，台北地檢署16日上午傳喚連勝文，訊問30分鐘後請回。

周玉蔻因在「美麗島電子報」爆料，指連勝文在美國哥倫比亞大學就讀時，住在「川普大廈」豪宅，還參加花花公子創辦人所舉辦的兔女郎派對。

連勝文當時接受媒體訪問時表示，名嘴用不實、惡意言論攻擊，沒有人證、物證，人事時地物全都是假的，請媒體檢驗名嘴說法是否有公信力。連勝文對周玉蔻提起民事訴訟，求償500萬元損害賠償，並要求周玉蔻登報道歉。

但周玉蔻不滿專業遭到質疑，反控連勝文妨害名譽，因周玉蔻曾指消息來源是律師宋耀明，台北地檢署日前曾傳喚過宋耀明出庭，16日上午又傳喚連勝文，訊問30分鐘後請回。
