國民黨主席參與人朱立倫日前拋出修憲議題，對此公民組合與學者表示肯定，15日上午在立法院召開記者會，主張應優先處理，降低不分區門檻到2%、先選制改為聯合制以提高不分區席次，並將投票年齡降低至18歲，等攸關台灣民主化、真正國會活化的三大議題，呼籲兩黨儘速提出國會改革與修憲具體時間表，不該短線操作修憲議題，作為政黨改革形象包裝的工具........(完整內容請點入)
