（中央社的黎波里14日綜合外電報導）利比亞國家石油公司（National Oil Corporation）今天表示，利比亞宣布國內2個最大的石油輸出港艾斯錫德爾（Es Sider）、拉斯拉努夫（Ras Lanuf）遭逢不可抗力。

國家石油公司在聲明中說，輸往這2個東部油港的石油將逐步關閉。

國家石油公司把輸往艾斯錫德爾、拉斯拉努夫石油流量的關閉，怪罪到敵對武裝派系在2個油港附近爆發衝突；這些敵對武裝派系分別與利比亞2個對立政府結盟，因此誓不兩立。

聲明指出，只有少數石油員工將留守崗位。

宣布遭逢不可抗力，在合約義務方面可享合法豁免權。(中央社)
