張衛健日前偕同老婆張茜，出席好友蘇永康和女友馮翠珊的婚禮，沒想到初戀女友江欣燕也現身在婚宴之中，三人還不避嫌地合照。照片中，只見他含蓄地抿嘴，不見笑容，倒是前女友和妻子很大方地露齒燦爛笑。

據北青網報導，江欣燕PO出與前男友張衛健、張茜的「世紀合照」後，引起網友按讚討論，有人說這合照很經典，也有網友虧張衛健要笑不笑的樣子也是「世紀經典」。
