利統營運俏明年登興櫃

利統生技昨（5）日舉行20周年慶，利統創辦人暨董事長張天鴻表示，公司與五鼎（1733）結盟多年，將在明年登錄興櫃，近年營運都以兩成動能成長，期待未來都能保持這個成績。

五鼎是利統大股東，持有利統約14%股權；利統為農業生技公司，成立於1994年，目前由開曼設立的控股公司持有，主要股東除創辦人外，還有國聯創投6%。

利統具備三大發展領域，包括保健品、生態畜牧、農產品與農業資材，未來將與五鼎深化合作，目前正合作農業檢測相關產品。五鼎昨日收49.4元，漲0.15元。
