上海迪士尼預計明年1月底完工

上海迪士尼施工方上海建工今天對外表示，上海迪士尼施工即將在2015年1月30日完成，隨後將進入設備調試階段，預計最早明年大陸十一國慶日即可完工。

21世紀經濟報導指出，上海迪士尼項目首期占地390公頃，總投資約人民幣295億元，不過迪士尼公司此前表示，該公司與其大陸合作夥伴上海申迪集團，將對正在建設中的上海迪士尼樂園增加8億美元投資，上述新增投資將用於新景點和娛樂設施的建設。

據東北證券預計，迪士尼專案將為上海帶來至少人民幣336億元的經濟成長，相當於2013年上海GDP總量的1.6%，保守估計，上海迪士尼樂園開園首年將迎來約1,400萬遊客。
