教宗訪土耳其與東正教領袖會面

天主教教宗方濟各28日在土耳其展開3天的訪問，希望促進和東正教的交流和聯繫。

這是繼中東和阿爾巴尼亞後，教宗第3次出訪穆斯林為主的國家，他也是第4位訪問土耳其的教宗。土耳其總統厄多岡親自迎接教宗到來，兩人就中東地區情勢進行探討並交換禮物。

教宗也和土耳其東正教領袖會面，簽署聯合宣言，希望能與東正教搭起橋梁，緊接著將會參訪伊斯坦堡兩座最有名的清真寺。
