台灣協助宏都拉斯繁殖馬鈴薯健康種薯，當地時間19日簽署計畫備忘錄。

中華民國駐宏都拉斯大使郭永樑19日與宏國農牧部長巴斯（Jacobo Paz）簽署「執行宏都拉斯馬鈴薯健康種薯繁殖計畫瞭解備忘錄」，希望協助宏國建立健康種薯生產體系，並更進一步強化友好合作關係與邦誼。

大使館表示，馬鈴薯是宏都拉斯重要基本糧食，但宏國自產的馬鈴薯種薯品質欠佳且相當依賴進口，此計畫為期5年，預計未來在宏國中部Intibuca等省將有逾300名種薯農民及2000名販賣馬鈴薯的中小農因此受益，同時將可滿足75%宏國健康種薯的需求。

郭永樑在演說中表示，除了「馬鈴薯」計畫之外，台灣將賡續提供相關的農業技術協助以造福廣大宏國民眾。(中央社)
