內蒙古發放「暖心煤」補貼逾百億

在寒冬到來前，內蒙古2014年「暖心煤」補貼發放工作結束，全區共發放燃煤補貼資金超過人民幣20億元（約新台幣100億元），受惠補貼的農牧民達到336.7萬戶，1,000多萬人受益。

呼和浩特日報報導，自治區從2013年開始，將連續五年每年為每戶低收入農牧戶發放一噸冬季取暖煤。去年冬季，自治區採取實物供應和貨幣補貼結合的方式，為低收入農牧戶雪中送炭，讓農牧民溫暖過冬。

今年自治區統一採取現金形式補貼，每戶補貼人民幣600元，自治區本級財政出資人民幣6億元，盟市配套人民幣4.8億元，旗縣市區配套人民幣9.4億元，比去年多發放人民幣4億元補貼資金，受益農牧戶比去年增加25.5萬戶。
