張盛和：信心出來台股量就出來

台股近日都在9000點上下震盪，要站穩有無信心？財政部長張盛和表示，景氣一直創新高，外銷也可望連九紅，基本面不錯，信心是投資人自己去判斷，股市是要看基本面。

雖然台股指數徘徊在9000點左右，但成交量都僅在七、八百億元，張盛和表示，信心出來，成交量就會出來，投資人沒有信心才不願進場。他說，上市上櫃有1000億以上的成交量就屬正常穩定。

張盛和今日赴立法院財委會進行業務報告，並備質詢，會前受訪時談及對台股之看法。
