焦點股～南港開發案通過審議　股價登漲停

南港（2101）舊廠開發案通過審議，距離明年動工又近了1步，激勵股價登上33.3元的漲停價。
 
媒體報導，台北市都市審議委員會大會通過南港輪胎的舊廠開發案，近期將送交都更審查，最快有機會明年第1季取得建造許可。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
