【公庫】國道收費員究責　要學專提實質解決方案

千名收費員遭解職爭議未決，平均13年年資被吃光，國道收費員自救會今（10/31）下午前往新北市政府遞交申請調解，自救會認為本案工作權的肇因都是源自政府不法解雇，希望透過調解，甚至集體訴訟的方式去追討高公局應對員工負起的責任。

委任律師陳柏舟說：「高公局一次解雇這麼多人，一般民間企業可以這樣做嗎？違反勞基法解雇這麼多人，勞動部及勞工局應要上介入才對。」他認為，遠通公司無法處理解決前收費員生活問題，原雇主高公局當然就要負起責任，負起安置責任。...(完整內容)
