【動新聞】臉書私訊譏人隆乳　女子不起訴

台北市1名陳姓女子用臉書私訊嗆男友前女友隆乳、有憂鬱症而遭提告，但台北地檢署調查認為，傳私訊不算公開散布，處分不起訴。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，陳姓女子聽到麥姓男友講傅姓前女友有精神病、隆乳，竟以臉書私訊方式，將這些內容都寄給傅女，傅女憤而提告陳、麥妨害名譽，但台北地檢署調查證為，不論麥男私下聊天、陳女傳私訊，都不算公開散布，與《刑法》誹謗罪構成要件不符，處分不起訴2人。（胡治言／綜合報導）
