遲來的表揚 陳菊謝災區鄰長

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄5日電）因高雄氣爆順延的第4場「高雄市103年特優鄰長暨資深鄰長表揚大會」今天登場，市長陳菊特別感謝災區鄰長的付出。

第4場特優暨資深鄰長表揚活動在海寶國際大飯店舉行，包括新興、前金、苓雅、前鎮、小港等5區、230位特優鄰長及380位資深鄰長接受陳菊表揚。

其中，前鎮區鎮陽里鄰長郭先助85歲，榮獲服務滿55年資深鄰長；新興區振成里鄰長洪振記年94歲，是這屆年齡最長的特優鄰長。

陳菊說，市府對氣爆造成各界受難與不便深感不捨及抱歉，這次表揚活動因氣爆事件而延至今天舉行，但也因為事件發生更顯出鄰長為民付出的可貴精神。

她又說，尤其是受氣爆波及的25個里，幸賴各鄰長盡心盡力協助市府與市民溝通，協助市府順利推展救災及復建工作，目前重建工作已完成近半，受損三條主要道路已可進行排水，市府把握每一分鐘，加速重建，期盼年底前恢復市民往日平靜生活。1031005
