《Reuters》報導，儘管中東局勢在美軍加入空襲之後越來越惡化，但今日油價早盤仍再度下跌，創兩年來新低，因為目前全球原油供應仍然充足，且歐洲經濟表現不佳，影響原油需求量。

目前中東產油國利比亞每日原油輸出量為 90 萬桶，境內最大油田每日就貢獻了 20 萬桶；伊拉克南部目前每日原油輸出量則高達 258 萬桶，較八月份平均每日 238 萬桶明顯增加；分析師亦指出，奈及利亞石油出口量可望在未來一至兩個月內創新高。

但今日美國能源部公佈報告指出，上週美國原油庫存大減  430 萬桶，油價受此消息激勵逆轉早盤跌勢，自低點大幅反彈。

分析師先前預期美國原油庫存量可望增加 38 萬 6000 桶，現在大減超過 400 萬桶促使油價意外反彈。

11 月布蘭特原油期貨價格盤中最低來到每桶 95.60 美元，創 2012 年七月以來新低，目前反彈回每桶近 97 美元。

11 月美國輕原油期貨價格盤中最低來到每桶 91.12 美元，目前已反彈至每桶 92.80 美元。
