安倍：盼改善與鄰國關係

（路透紐約聯合國總部25日電）日本首相安倍晉三表示，他希望改善與中國大陸、南韓、俄羅斯的關係，並承認與亞太鄰國的關係面臨困難。

安倍今天傍晚在紐約記者會上說，如果他要達成目標，11月在北京的環太平洋會議場邊會晤大陸國家習近平，必須「默默努力」。

這場記者會在東京即時轉播。

2012年12月上台執政的安倍，回鍋首相第1年就會晤東南亞所有領袖，但一直沒能與大陸、南韓領袖雙邊會談。陸韓由於與日本的領土主權爭端以及安倍對戰時侵略歷史的態度，對日本政府相當不滿。

安倍曾會見俄羅斯總統蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）5次，但俄國併吞克里米亞半島、親俄烏克蘭叛軍在烏克蘭東部與政府軍衝突，使日俄關係緊張。中央社（翻譯）
