彩娛集團(8022)委任吳文杯先生為公司董事會主席

彩娛集團(08022)公佈，吳文杯先生將會獲委任為公司董事會主席，於10月1日起生效。

吳先生已與公司簽訂服務合約為公司執行董事，於2013年6月20日起生效，任期兩年，並須遵照公司章程細則條文於公司股東週年大會上輪席退任及膺選連任。由於吳先生將會委任為公司董事會主席，吳先生每月酬金將調整至4萬港元，加上參考現行市況及彼於公司的職務及責任而釐訂的酌情花紅。
