鳳凰颱風來襲　國軍完成預置兵力

鳳凰颱風來襲，為避免對台灣地區造成影響，國防部軍事發言人羅紹和下午表示，國軍已完成待命兵力4萬2141人、預置兵力2830員、輪車2358輛甲車265輛、飛機15架、舟艇221艘、各型重機具1495部，以及抽水機494部；國軍持續掌握「鳳凰颱風」行徑路線，適時調整災害潛勢地區之兵力與機具規劃，並配合地方政府持續加強坡地災害區域的預防性撤離，以確保國人的安全及降低災損。
 
羅紹和表示，各縣市後備指揮部與各作戰區已編成連絡組，派出412位連絡官進駐地方政府災害應變中心，掌握即時災情與地方需求。羅紹和也說，國軍依「防災重於救災、離災優於防災」原則，截至目前為止，已動員941人次、車輛88車次，由第二、四作戰區協助地方政府執行鄉民預防性撤離工作，合計撤離272人，目前仍依地方政府需求，持續協助鄉民撤離中。（王烱華／台北報導）
