（中央社記者楊思瑞台南19日電）台南市政府衛生局查封使用劣質豬油製成的食品，今天 下午在永康焚化廠銷毀共15個品項、5萬2360公斤。 一車車由大卡車載運的各項食品成品、半成品下午陸續被送進永康焚化廠，在衛生局人員 監督下倒進焚化爐中銷毀。 台南市政府衛生局長林聖哲表示，經過連日稽查後發現，強冠公司提供台南市共32家業者 使用的劣質豬油總計1萬2204桶，約18萬3000公斤，油品封存退回強冠的共有4萬839公斤 。 林聖哲表示，業者製成的產品共有20項，除部分小吃肉燥以先行由環保清潔車銷毀、部分 烘焙食品退回上游外，其餘包括五花馬公司的蔥油餅、捲餅、早安美芝城的蛋餅皮、黑橋 牌的肉粽、肉酥、好帝一公司的紅蔥肉燥等共15項產品，共5萬2360公斤，都在今天由衛 生局人員解封存後，送到焚化廠銷毀。 他說，除了好帝一及黑橋牌公司還在陸續接受消費者退貨之外，其餘使用到劣質豬油的產 品均已全數銷毀，希望還給市民一個安心的飲食環境。衛生局並將定期至好帝一及黑橋牌 公司查封銷毀被消費者退回的產品。 林聖哲表示，將積極輔導使用到相關油品的食品業者，重新使用合格油品製造相關產品， 儘快恢復正常營運。 http://ppt.cc/GebS -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.80.160.103 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1411137442.A.73F.html
