西班牙鬆口氣　獨派：還沒完

蘇格蘭獨立公投未過關，讓歐洲的獨派聲勢受挫，西班牙加泰隆尼亞的獨派支持者尤其失望，55歲麵包師傅德蒙特說：「我們當然希望蘇格蘭獨立，這樣一來加泰隆尼亞也有望獨立，但蘇格蘭人可用選票表達自己的心聲，我們卻不能辦公投。」

不過，加泰隆尼亞地方首長馬斯（Artur Mas）昨繼續推動獨立公投，加泰隆尼亞地方議會預定通過新的選舉法，賦予地方政府舉辦不具約束性獨立公投的權利，徵詢民眾是否希望脫離西班牙獨立。不過，西班牙《憲法》規定公投必須涵蓋全國人民，揚言封殺僅限加泰隆尼亞投票的獨立公投。

同樣尋求獨立的比利時荷語區魯汶大學政治學教授胡戈分析，歐洲各國的獨派份子當然對蘇格蘭公投結果感到失望，但這並不代表獨立運動「玩完」，而是加時比賽，獨立尚未成功，同志仍須努力。（陳怡妏／綜合外電報導）
