菲律賓馬榮火山　開始噴發熔岩

Hundreds of families near Mayon Volcano evacuated

被地質學家稱為「最完美的圓錐體」、位在菲律賓呂宋島東南部的馬榮火山(Mayon Volcano)，今天(16日)開始噴發大量熔岩，當地政府已經緊急疏散居住在半徑範圍5英里的居民，約有5萬人。專家表示，火山已經開始噴發，但還沒有達到大爆發的程度。

今天馬榮火山噴出的熔岩，範圍已達到周圍近1公里處，專家估計若真的達到大爆發的程度，疏散範圍將大幅擴大。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
