歐巴馬重申不打地面戰　魯哈尼質疑美能力

美國參謀首長聯席會議主席鄧普西（Martin Dempsey）16日公開表示，不排除建議歐巴馬派軍隊前往伊拉克殲滅遜尼派聖戰組織「伊斯蘭國」，為安撫對過去10多年兩場戰爭心有餘悸的民眾，美國總統歐巴馬17日再次重申，不會為打擊「伊斯蘭國」再一次在伊拉克打地面戰。

歐巴馬17日訪問位於佛羅里達州坦帕市的麥克迪爾空軍基地時，重申已經部署在伊拉克的美軍人員「沒有、也不會執行作戰任務」，美國將領導國際聯合陣線打擊「伊斯蘭國」，提供訓練、裝備、建議和援助。 　　

伊朗總統魯哈尼(Hassan Rouhani)即將前往美國紐約參加聯合國大會，17日在首都德黑蘭接受美國全國廣播公司採訪，指責「伊斯蘭國」滅絕人性，說伊朗將向伊拉克提供任何必要的支援。他同時質疑，美國不打地面戰是否能打敗「伊斯蘭國」。魯哈尼表示美國想依靠空襲、依靠無人駕駛飛機來避免傷亡，只是沒有任何犧牲，真的能和恐怖組織對戰嗎？ （國際中心／綜合外電報導）
