醉罵鄰桌還襲警　女怒譙警遭法辦

新北市1名52歲的李姓女子，昨晚8時許，李女酒後在土城區中央路上的一家餐廳鬧事，對其他桌的客人大聲咆嘯辱罵髒話，店家勸阻無效下只好向110報案，土城分局頂埔派出所獲報到場處理，１名謝姓警員卻被李女不斷辱罵三字經，連反光背心和眼鏡也遭扯破損毀。

警方表示，李女酒測值為0.35毫克，被帶回警局後還不斷耍賴，不斷大呼：「我又沒酒駕，沒事幹嘛抓我」不願配合警方偵訊，直到警方提供蒐證畫面後，李女才俯首認罪，警方訊後依妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦。（陳韋劭／新北報導）
