東森新聞台主播吳宇舒的丈夫朱凱翔，30日凌晨涉嫌酒駕遭到警察攔檢，測得酒測值為0.92，遭警方帶回警局偵訊。朱凱翔一度拒絕簽酒測單，事後被依公共危險罪遭移送地檢署。朱凱翔坦承犯行，最後檢方諭知無保請回，朱凱翔事後也在臉書坦承自己做錯了。

朱凱翔是東森新聞政治組組長，主要跑連陣營新聞，去年3月和同公司的人氣主播吳宇舒結婚。朱凱翔在29日深夜和其他同業到台北市東區的錢櫃KTV歡唱，30日凌晨4時左右，他當時騎乘機車載著另一名女記者離開，卻在行經忠孝東路、大安路口時遭警攔查，警方測得酒測值為0.92，朱凱翔事後還一度拒簽酒測單。

警方事後將朱凱翔帶回警局，一度傳出在警局內咆哮和口出惡言，但台北市警局澄清絕無此事，並稱說朱態度良好十分配合。警方將朱凱翔移送北檢後，最後無保請回，事後朱凱翔也在臉書表示「酒駕無可迴避是我犯錯，其他的、寫的over了，謝謝」

據悉目前吳宇舒人在大陸出差，朱凱翔和吳宇舒並未針對此事回應。警政署表示，朱凱翔恐面臨2年以下徒刑，恐併科20萬以下罰金。
