說好10個妹咧？　男花4萬交友只來2妹氣炸

有交友聯誼業者打出「4萬元俊男美女任你挑？」1名男子付費挑了10名女子要求見面，結果只來2女，氣得要求退費。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，台北市消保官今年1至7月接獲20件有關網路交友、單身聯誼等婚姻媒合產業的消費申訴。其中一個案，有男子參加婚友社，一口氣繳4萬多元，業者原本宣稱美女任選，提供40筆交友資料，他挑中10位，業者安排會面只來2位，氣得要求解除契約。

北市法務局主任消保官陳信誠說，業者未履行契約，消費者可主張給付不完全，要求退費。另，在排約對象的條件設定上，通常可約定年齡、身高等客觀條件，但容貌美醜等主觀條件不在此限。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
