標題[請問] 雅虎商城賣家不願提供贈品

小弟有個問題 我在yahoo商城買了一台14筆電 然後他說 送22吋液晶螢幕 然後今天貨到了 打開卻只有電腦,打過去客服 他說我買的時候是促銷活動14900 送螢幕那時候是15900 可是他明明 就說活動到8/31號阿 我就是衝著有送螢幕才買的 商城的購買訂單 也是兩項 一個贈品 一個筆電 打過去客服 也只說會幫我反應 ...我覺得這有點扯.... 我該如何處理?謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.39.217.33 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1409312154.A.A4C.html
