-手機排版如有混亂請見諒- 最近得到了一家科技公司的offer，這家公司規模相當大，因此福利制度都很不錯，一年會發四次獎金，每次0～12個月不等（人資說去年每人平均8個月）。 自己沒有理工的相關背景因此應徵的是業助，薪水25k，上班時間9：00～責任制（人資說通常20：00）。 人資表明這份工作未來幾乎無升遷可能(因資深的太多），也不太會有加薪機會（因非本科系無法轉其他職位），但自己很喜歡這間公司的氛圍也能掌握工作內容，所以覺得可以嘗試一下。然而自己並不住台北，通勤時間幾乎要2小時所以必須租屋，25k扣除租金和生活費幾乎所剩無幾。自己算了一下年終與獎金的部分，第一年或許辛苦些，但第二年後每個月大概薪水在32-38k，可以補貼一點租金，想問各位這樣值得嗎？還是應該推掉offer另尋他路？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.132.66.180 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409070499.A.8AB.html
