林佳龍：施案應追幕後犯罪集團

民進黨台中市長參選人林佳龍下午指出，施姓富商遭綁架撕票案，應追出幕後是否還有更大的犯罪集團，才能讓家屬知道真相，市民也才有安全感。

他認為，治安應是台中市最重要的施政項目，市長應重視，並增加警力、預算和設備；中央和地方也應結合，增強打擊犯罪能量，例如中部的刑事中心就該更加強，避免發生這類重大刑案。
